Do saved deals reset my free analysis quota?
No. Deleting or replacing a saved deal does not restore monthly analysis usage. Analysis creation is the primary free-tier gate.
What happens if I downgrade?
Existing analyses remain available, but access to premium features and new actions follows your active plan.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. The checkout flow now supports both monthly and yearly pricing for paid tiers.
Can I compare deals across different strategies?
Yes. You can compare any combination of saved deals - different properties, different assumption sets on the same property, or a mix of Buy & Hold and BRRRR analyses. If one deal used BRRRR mode, the comparison view adds BRRRR-specific rows for that deal alongside the standard metrics.
Analysis results remain estimates based on assumptions and third-party data. Billing access may take a moment to refresh after checkout because Stripe webhook processing remains the source of truth.
