We collect information you provide directly, including account details, property addresses, deal inputs, financing and expense assumptions, AI chat messages, contact-form submissions, and feedback you choose to send us.

We also collect certain technical and usage information needed to operate and improve DealPrism, including authentication/session data, pages viewed, features used, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and related log data.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, run analyses, save deal records, provide AI explanations, process billing, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

When you use AI chat features, the relevant deal context and your message may be sent to our AI provider so DealPrism can generate an explanation or supported scenario response. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not needed for your use of the platform.

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate DealPrism and deliver the features you use.

• RentCast and Repliers for property and market-data enrichment
• Google Maps for address and place-related functionality

• Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse prevention on sign-up and contact flows
• Resend for contact-email delivery

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the platform, maintain account records, support billing and support workflows, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect data, including authenticated access controls and row-level security patterns for stored user records. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. You may also manage certain billing settings through your account and control many cookies through your browser settings.

If applicable law grants you additional privacy rights, we will review and respond to qualifying requests in accordance with that law.
